Introduction: Endometrial hyperplastic processes (EHP) are characterized by recurrent course, high risk of malignancy, difficulties in diagnosing and predicting the which determines their great medical social significance

 Materials Methods: The study examined 95 hyperplasia adenocarcinoma who underwent treatment gynecology department "City Clinical Hospital №7» Zaporizhzhya "Zaporozhye Regional Oncology Center". first group consisted 32 simple hyperplasia. second included 43 patients complex third 22 adenocarcinoma.
